• Partnered with EAST and AGFC on the fish habitat program at Lucas Pond

• Established and doubled the size of the VIP league

• Establish an Adult Softball League

• Tripled the amount of auditorium bookings annually (the next event is Oct 17)

• Approval to build a playground at the Scott McCormick Sports Complex

• Started working with engineers and contractors towards spillway repair 

• Helped establish a Veteran's Park and wrote all of the copyright request for the sign

• Established an annual event at the Veteran's Park 

• Worked with local donors to replace dugouts and fences at some of our older properties

• We transitioned from a veterans parade to a veterans event that was very successful 

• We have a successful pageant organization that rents the auditorium 6 times a year for events

• Made safety upgrades to the complex

• A complete complex rehaul and cleanup that is still in progress

• Updated the Championship Signs at the complex and created a new system to keep up with how those are maintained and kept on record

• Installed and programmed security cameras at all of the parks and recreation properties. 

• Repairs at Yale Cabins (still in progress) 

• Repaired structures at the park and created a winter projects plan for staff

• Piloted  junior life guard program at the pool and Camp Cannonbal

• Implemented a park cleanup plan (on going project) 

• Cleaned out old storage at various parks and recreation properties 

• Auditorium remodel(currently in progress)

This year we added a 250th Celebration at Centennial Park to celebrate the 4th of July. I have always been involved in events, decorating the town for Christmas, cleanup days, and other community projects.
